New etchings

These new etchings are small plates measuring around 4 x 5” on paper with a minimum of 3” margins. All are from 2025.

 

 TRAPS

This series is inspired by the fierceness of the mechanical animal traps.
They are intaglio etching with aquatint, printed a la poupee.

 

Insects

I continue my fascination with entomology in this ongoing series of prints. They incorporate a variety of etching techniques including aquatint, soft ground, and open bite.
